Water usually tastes like water to me. I mean if it's purified or comes straight out of an unfiltered tap I can usually taste the difference. But all bottled water is the same right? Well that's not the case.I typically don't ever drink anything but water, except for the occasional glass of wine or mixed cocktail. I maintain my hydration by consuming clear fluids on the daily.
Anyway, I recently got to try Kona Deep water. I figured it would taste the same as most bottled waters and was happy to hear that because of the fact that the liquid is sourced from 3000 feet below the ocean's surface it is also rich with electrolytes and natural minerals. I prefer the taste when compared to those sugary drinks that are full of other ingredients and because of the natural salinity in the ocean water it's like drinking Gatorade without the food coloring, artificial flavors and sweeteners.
For those who don't often drink water you should make it a goal to drink more water and less soda or fewer things like iced tea, iced coffee or water substitutes. Get a water filter for your home or opt for water at a restaurant instead of ordering a soft drink. The benefits of drinking water are endless and your body, skin, organs and muscles will thank you for it. I recently started cross training and after the working out, hiking, swimming, kick boxing and etc the only thing I crave is water. Consider trying Kona Deep http://konadeep.com which is a great alternative to sports drinks, but with the same benefits, and sourced locally from 3,000 feet DEEP!
